fields=cd,stateleg returns the 119th Congress district and both state chambers with names and GEOIDs, from TIGER/Line boundaries, for every geocoded address.
District from the point, not the ZIP, so addresses near a line are assigned correctly; accuracy_type flags the few that were placed at an area centroid and deserve a second look.
POST /v1/geocode/batch does 10,000 addresses a call. A 500,000-record file is 50 calls and about $245 on the metered plan, or nothing extra on Unlimited.
Results are yours to keep in the CRM. No re-geocoding clock.
